Not enough parking for the amount of commuters who use this station. As well both sides of the stations pedestrian shelters smell pretty damn bad.
I commute from here a few days a week. I can't figure out why this station is not handicapped accessible though seeing how the express trains run from/to here.
If you don't use the train often, it's pretty confusing. If you do, it's easy. When I came in the afternoon on 11/27/16, I saw no staff. Tickets you can buy from the machine at the station or through the app.
Futhermore, people would like to utilize the waiting area but there has been an increase in the homeless and it always has a strong urine smell.
Haven't had problems with the train schedule; however there is not a parking option for overnights (as they had in the past) unless you purchase a monthly pass. It's just another way for the small town to milk you for a parking ticket.
